1. Moldova — best for long gaps
Moldova is the most flexible option: 12th pass, about 50% marks, gap up to 15 years, no IELTS and no interview. Students begin with a language foundation year at a government university. 2–4. Latvia, Lithuania and Slovenia — English-taught EU degrees
These three are European Union members, which is their biggest advantage. They offer bachelor's and master's programs in English, accept students without IELTS or PTE on the routes we file, and allow a gap of up to 5–7 years.
What the package includes: 1-year tuition, visa fee, document translation, interview preparation, job assistance and accommodation assistance. The residence permit (TRC) is processed from India before you fly.
Expect a university interview, usually online, to check your English — practise speaking about your study plan and why you chose the course.
5. Russia — fast process, structured path
Our Russia route is through Gzhel State University, Moscow. You start with a one-year Russian language program (3 + 9 months), then move to a diploma or bachelor's program of 2–3 years in fields such as design, teaching, law, economics and logistics. Applicants should be up to 27 years old. The package includes 1-year tuition, embassy fee, invitation and translation. Documents needed: passport, academic certificate, HIV medical report, HD photo and work details.
6. Belarus — established university, high success ratio
The Belarus route is through Minsk State University (established 1921): a one-year language course followed by a three-year bachelor's. Process time is about 45 days, and the package covers tuition, invitation, embassy fee, translation and airport pickup, with help finding accommodation.

A word of caution
"Without IELTS" does not mean "without English". You will still study, work part-time and live in a new language.
